🤗Warmest Congrats to Julien Martini for taking first in the $1,500 Hilo Event! I had to settle for second place… wah wah 😝 (yes there were some tears at the end but i’m a girl after all). However, I had a lot of fun and it was a very good learning experience. This was probably the toughest tournament i’ve been in thus far (even though i haven’t been in that many for the last 4 yrs.) I kept pushing through each day and ended up playing 4 days total w/ a heads-up battle for 3.5 hours. Many times I thought was so close to victory by scooping just one or two more pot but the river card came and we chopped! I’m sure he felt the same as we exchanged leads a few times! Julien is such a nice guy and he played a great game!!!💪💪💪 What an exciting start of a summer for the both of us 😍 Many thanks to my family and my friends for all your support and encouragement! I won’t let you down! P.S. I was going clubbing afterwards, hence the dress 💃 j/k anybody who knows me, I’m extra. I like looking my best when i go play poker. I’m a mom in yoga pants the rest of the time so I definitely don’t dress for comfort when I get to go “out” and play poker 🤷‍♀️. #poker #wsop #wsop2018
